At about 1PM (Wednesday, 05/29/02), it is determined that even after nearly 12 hours of labor, cervical dilation has not proceeded beyond 4cm. Maria decides to go through with a Caesarean Section. Above, Maria is floating on a little-more-than-anticipated spinal block. |
